Friends of the Library Groups
Each branch in Elbert County is supported by a local Friends group and part of the Pines & Plains Libraries Foundation. The P&PL Foundation raises funds to benefit all libraries. Access the Friends drop down bar to choose a branch library group.
Volunteer
There are many opportunities to help out your library and we appreciate your support! Call or stop by the library and ask how you can provide your time to make your library brighter.
