Elizabeth Library

Building Repair and Maintenance Contractor

Pines & Plains Libraries is seeking a licensed general contractor and/or handyperson to perform routine inspections and light maintenance of the Elizabeth Library once a month for two hours, as well as to build or repair structures and systems at the Elizabeth and Kiowa facilities. Repairs may include drywall, framing, light electrical, light plumbing, cabling, flooring, concrete, and other miscellany associated with keeping the facilities up and running.  Bids for this one-year contract, with the possibility of renewal, should include an hourly rate and an acknowledgement of the requirement for two hours of scheduled maintenance and inspection per month at the Elizabeth Library.  Please contact Director Tim Miller with any questions at 303-358-8820 (call or text).  Please submit bids in writing at the Elizabeth Library (651 Beverly St.) or by email to director@pplibraries.org.  

Kiowa Library
