Friends of the Library Groups

Each branch in Elbert County is supported by a local Friends group and part of the Pines & Plains Libraries Foundation.  The P&PL Foundation raises funds to benefit all libraries.

This site is hosted by Colorado Online Libraries, a program made possible by grant funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) administered by the Colorado State Library.
